Every participating agency gets their own personalised cover — their logo, their design, their identity. When a potential buyer picks up the magazine, they see your agency's name on the cover. It looks and feels like your very own publication.
Monthly distribution in your territory
We select 15–20 prime distribution points in your defined area — restaurants, hotels, golf clubs, beach clubs... Your magazine is placed there every month, reaching buyers and sellers who are already in your market. Distribution is included in your package.
QR codes with virtual tours and videos
Properties in your magazine link directly to virtual tours, videos, and photo galleries via QR codes — powered by the ADS Tour System. Buyers scan the code and instantly experience the property in full detail. If you produce your tours with ADS Marketing, they are embedded automatically. This positions your agency as the most technologically advanced in your area.
