Stefan founded ADS Marketing in 2008 after building his career in communication and marketing across Germany and Spain. He holds a Master's degree in Communication Science from the University of Essen and completed a Master's in Marketing Strategy in 2023 — bringing academic rigour to a business built on practical results. He oversees client strategy, manages all three publications, and leads ADS Marketing's German-language operations through Spanien-Trends. With a personal LinkedIn network of over 9,000 real estate contacts across the DACH region and the Costa del Sol, Stefan is the connection between two of Europe's most active property markets.
Andrés Vallejo

Andrés has spent over 30 years perfecting the art of real estate photography, video, and design on the Costa del Sol. He has photographed more than 5,000 properties, produced over 900 videos, and completed over 200 licensed drone flights across the coast. Every shoot is personal — Andrés works on location himself, not through a network of subcontractors. His eye for light, space, and the specific character of Costa del Sol property is what separates an ADS Marketing shoot from everything else on the market. He also designs every publication ADS Marketing produces — from the covers of Ideal Home to the Agency Magazine editions distributed monthly across the coast.
