Los Flamingos & La Quinta — golf-resort homes
Around Villa Padierna and its three golf courses, the villas, townhouses and apartments sell on the resort lifestyle. We shoot the course as an extension of the property — frontline-golf views, the clubhouse setting and the 5-star surroundings that justify the address.

Benahavís pueblo — the gastronomy village
The whitewashed village by the river is the municipality's soul — Andalusian streets, renowned restaurants and a riverside setting. Here the photography is character-led and atmospheric, selling charm and a sense of place rather than square metres alone.

Licensed, insured & coordinated for gated access
We hold the official Spanish drone operator licence from AESA and full professional liability insurance. Inland Benahavís airspace is generally workable, but gated communities — especially La Zagaleta, with its own heliport — require pre-arranged estate and owner permission and absolute discretion. We handle that coordination before the shoot.

Average prices reached around €4,397 per square metre in 2025, up roughly 4% year on year, but the headline numbers sit far higher: La Zagaleta averages around €12.4M per sale, and El Madroñal trades near €7,655 per square metre. At this level the listing is not competing on the property alone — it is competing on whether the visuals convey millions of euros of value at a glance.
The buyer here is international and high-net-worth. Around 84% of purchases in the twelve months to August 2025 were made by foreign nationals, led by the UK (~18%), Sweden (~10%), Belgium (~9%), Germany (~8%) and the Netherlands (~8%). These are second-home and trophy-asset buyers in an ultra-prime tier spanning roughly €4M to €39M, and they shortlist from a screen — in London, Stockholm or Geneva — long before a private viewing is arranged.
That changes what the visuals have to do. At this tier, cinematic video, aerial reveals and editorial-quality stills are the language the buyer expects, and anything less signals the wrong thing about the asset. We work from our office on Calle Notario Luis Oliver in Marbella centre, around 20–25 minutes from these estates, and hold weekly slots for the agencies and developers operating at the top of the Benahavís market.
